Yes, products and services can be added as part of your booking flow. Pricing is set in the products administration. These products flow into your sales reporting tools and can be analysed in order to fine tune their effectiveness.
Yes, timed entry is entirely possible. You can set the interval and the capacity per interval. The capacity can vary throughout the day as staff resource allows. For example, in the morning you could allow 30 visitors per 15 minutes, and in the afternoon, this could be increased to 40.
We work with hardware suppliers to find you the best kit for your venue. In most cases existing PC’s and tablets will suffice.
Yes, walk up visitors can purchase goods and services within the venue. Our simple interface allows you to categorise products and services into groups to make the operator interface easy to navigate.
Yes, if you have events running, in venue which you would like visitors to book, this can be done. Indeed, timed entry for these events is also possible.
Yes, we provide dashboard views on activity alongside the ‘daily summary’ which shows the days visitors as an when they arrive. Your operatives can see upcoming flow rates and staff up or down accordingly.
Full training is provided for both administrators and operatives. Refresher sessions can be arranged with your project manager.
We don’t change a booking fee or our own transaction fee. All you pay is the credit card processing fee which you can negotiate with your provider, based on volume. Our preferred payment partner is Stripe.
Yes, all data is GDPR compliant. We don’t store credit card information and any personal data we store is safe and secure in our encrypted database systems.
Yes, we offer a variety of formats for export such as .csv, xlxs and others.
One of our key specialities is in API integrations, therefor if you have systems that you wish us to tie the booking engine into, we can almost always accommodate. This might be stock systems, payments systems, CRM tools or other applications.
Tickets are scanned in by the operator via a separate scanning device or a scanning PDQ device. Various scan checks are made to detect duplicate entry, re-entry, wrong entry time etc.
Tickets output by our systems are QR coded and can also be standard barcodes if requested. Handheld devices support Apple Pay and Google Pay alongside a myriad of other providers.
Yes, depending on payment provider chosen we can offer these services. Our preferred partner Stripe offers all of the major payment methods such as Klarna, ClearPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Wechat and more.
